Went from winning a diet bet to gaining it and then some all back due to spring break and birthday. Here is to more motivation this time around! Excited to have everyone keep me accountable! Will work out 5 days a week and eat healthier :)

That is why I post every morning, as a reminder to myself, to eat mindfully - the minute you go to put something in your mouth you have the opportunity to ask yourself why you are eating it! Might a glass of infused water or a walk around the block serve the purpose of nixing the mindless eating - you get my point! I wish you luck!
