I had another great day yesterday! The way this week is looking I am well on my way to achieving my goal for Shaun’s dietbet!!! I lost the .5kg I gained over the weekend and then some thank goodness. Yesterday I had a good breakfast and lunch. I got home and it was raining. Again. (Spring Showers?!) But I still went out and ran! Like I said there are more enjoyable things in life than running in the rain but I won’t let the rain stop me from my goals! Unless it’s pouring outside...lol. Then I won’t run.
The curriculum for my school has changed recently and a result I have to stay later at work. I’ll just have to try and be more productive so I can get out at the same time. It’s not that I hate running at night but I rather not. I started foam rolling yesterday and omg there was so much pain! I feel like I have knots in all the muscles on my legs, especially my calves. I don’t stretch enough and I really have too. I refuse to get injured over not doing something as doable as stretching properly. I have decided on my reward for Shaun’s diet bet. I am going to get my first professional massage EVER. Hehe. I WILL get that massage.

Exercise: 9.00 km (7:09/km); 10 min. strength training, FOAM ROLLING
