Great post! My biggest (accidental) saboteur is my boyfriend. He doesn't have bad intentions, but he has the ability to eat all the junk food he wants and still look like a million bucks... and of course I don't. I would prefer to keep most of the junk out of the house, but then I feel guilty that he wouldn't be able to have the treats that he wants. I know I shouldn't feel guilty about him having to make a few healthier choices, but I just can't seem to help it. He is fairly supportive of my healthy lifestyle changes, but it is much tougher to be excited about some celery and carrot sticks when your other half is beside you enthusiastically munching away at some chips or chocolates.
