Ok -- seriously -- how did I survive 3 weeks without one Oreo cookie -- and YES I was craving them but I walked away! Last night -- depression, a week of chaos ending and a work weekend ahead I CRACKED! A whole ROW of Oreo's bit the dust! Considered making that dinner but instead chose to eat a Brown rice and veggie bowl -- It was good and it reminded me how eating well felt MUCH better than the cookie crash!
SO today I started cleaning like a demon! Had a good breakfast -- took a short break for lunch and drank lots of water! Treated myself and my family out to dinner (and made a healthy choice) -- even got a slice of pie to treat myself for dessert! Heading back to clean some more before getting a good night sleep!
Next week -- back to school -- start setting up my classroom and meetings! One day at a time and start each day fresh -- this seems to be working -- GOAL for next week -- One Soda on Monday and Friday only -- meet the water goal of 1/2 my weight -- still struggling with this! BUT let's see what happens if it is the only option I allow myself.
My preschoolers gave me a personalized water bottle -- this should help! Keep up the great work folks!!!
