(Wednesday)
Yesterday was an ok day. It was a very routine day. There’s really nothing to comment about lol. Yesterday we had curry for lunch. It was amazing but I also know that food is not helping me right now. Lol. Oh well, I enjoyed it and its not like I am eating it all the time.
I just noticed that there are only 2 weeks left in Shaun’s Dietbet. And I have 2.5kg to lose. So I started to kind of freak out a bit.
I am hoping that these 21 days of sobriety can help me to achieve that weight loss successfully. I’m sure it will. Because drinking sabotages me in two ways: 1) They are empty calories. 2) It weakens my resolve when it comes to eating healthy or limiting myself to a specific portion of food.
Yesterday’s run was good. The weather was AMAZING and I found my stride quickly but boy were my legs tired. They were like: “What?! We are running again?! Noooooo. Whyyyyyy. We are tired!” But today is a rest day so I will come back on Friday stronger than ever.
Nutrition (Wednesday – Day 66)
- Breakfast: Banana Pancakes, with Greek yogurt and frozen strawberries and blueberries
- Lunch: Beef Curry, Rice, Fried Fish (2)
- Dinner: Mashed Cauliflower, Chicken with peppers, Lettuce, tomato, salsa salad
- Snack: Apple with peanut butter, tofu with spring onions, protein shake
Sleep: 7.5 hours
Water: 4 Liters
Exercise: 7.01 km (7:03/km);
