Hello, So today is Day 7

I'm not sure. Anyway, I' m down 5 pounds already and I think this is why :

1. more coffee intake (without sugar and with a splash of unsweetened almond milk) = less of an appetite

2. running less = I know its weird, but letting my body rest is helping me tremendously in losing weight

3. brazil nuts = i'm eating 1 brazil nut a day and that is a new change, not sure if it's affecting my weight in any positive way, but I feel really good about it

4. I’m beyond busy so I don’t really have time to snack which is HUGE for me, I was always a big snacker

5. I’m eating different things at different times, i.e I had 2 bananas and a mango for dinner last night with a handful of nuts 

Things I’m going to try in the next week :

  1. Really catch up on sleep 
  2. More yoga
  3. try to reduce salt and make sure calories are within daily calorie goal

Any other things I can consider? Comment below?
