Lucky for me I don't like pumpkin spice lattes. Haha. Every once in a while I give into the Salted Caramel Mocha though. Other than that it's coffee with skim, almond, or coconut milk and Splenda.With the holidays coming up, especially football season I've been trying to figure out what I'm gonna do to keep my bar food cravings at bay. I love Buffalo Wild Wings so it's going to have to be under control, like not as often and IF I go it's going to have to be salad, snack size wings (because I don't have much self-control), and iced tea.I think I'm going to be hitting the cookbooks and researching healthy crock pot recipes online. I'm gone about 12 hours a day and don't do much cooking, so I'm thinking crock pot is the way to do it.My weekend confession: It was a Vegas weekend... 'nuff said. Lol
