Things have been going well so far in the Nov 8th Transformer, so I decided to create a challenge for myself. It will last 30 days, and here is what it boils down to:
- Keep caloric intake between 1500-2000 calories
- Keep a food/exercise/gratitude journal on here DAILY
- Keep up with my exercise routine and 1/2 marathon training
- Keep up with my Weigh-In Wednesdays
