Today I prepared my medication planner and I hope to get a grocery list together for the week and prepare it. :) 

I did the Alex DietBet but fell out of motivation soon after. I guess it's because I didn't really have any personal people to inspire me and keep me accountable. Well Eddie (hubby), Laura (BF), and Mylinda (BF) are going to unofficially do it with me. The girls are joining my fabulous gym (Institute for Healthy Living) so they just don't have the funds to the challenge, maybe next time. But it will still give me accountablity.

I have a good few 4% to go to a healthy weight. So hopefully this will help. I've been doing the 21 day fix containers but haven't seen much progress. I think I'm going to go back to calorie in calorie out, stay lean with the carbs, good with the fats, and grase on the vegetables. Water is going to be my challenge this time. I'm really going to make an effort to drink water and exercise in it! 

 

Sunday is going to be weigh in day for me. I'm also going to keep track of bp/hr/bg. All need to improve. In fact my blood work does too. I had it drawn on July 11th for my appointment this week. Last time my Ha1c was 11 something, my HDL was 26, and  my triglycerides were 7,000. It's all numbers but they make me feel better when they improve.
