Hi, Adrienne! How have you been lately? I've been reading your blogs and catching up with what's going on. I've only lost a few lbs since February. I HAD gotten down to 143 lbs, but I weigh 145 lbs as of today. I've changed my goal weight to 137 lbs because I'm compromising with my husband. I now wear Size 10 pants and he doesn't think I need to lose anymore weight; however, I want to reach a Body Mass Index of 24, which is 140 lbs and give myself three lbs to spare. Please give me your feedback on the Cize workout DVD. I've been considering buying it, but I haven't made up my mind. So glad to see you moving in the right direction with your weight-loss journey!!!
