Wow! That's AWESOME that you completed those races! CONGRATS! You inspire me. Also, I like your insights about having to work to stay at a healthy weight. I hope you can find ways to manage the stress at work. One thing I did several years ago, when I realized how much stress-eating I did, was to swap out eating for reading a good novel or watching a good Netflix show (even if I can only get in a few minutes at a time). Or maybe something has to change about the job itself. I'm sure that if you keep working on it, you'll find something that helps you. Good luck in 2018!
