I am so impressed by the ladies and gentlemen on this site.  I have to be honest I do not understand  alot of what people are doing in their terms but I see how happy and how much into healthy living everyone is into people are such an inspiration for me.I have to laugh I workout in the yard using the trees and my daughter's truck and car as leverage and basically live on fruit and salads and now I am learning so very much from all of you here.  I am so glad my daughter Phoebe said to come on this site. I am learning so much from all of you. Thank-you!
