It was so cold out this morning but I went outsidee to exercise. I worked out 90 minutes. I use my daughtteer's vehicle for my stretches and leg extensions. I use a broom for my arms (LOL). I did notice some people really staring when I was working with the broom extensions LOL. I do not like to work out in a gym or around people so I use my yard. I am having issues with my left side since the stroke. I am not losing weight yet but sticking to 1000 calories a day. I seem to be at a standstill. I do have a thyroid condition but I should be still losing. Not sure what I am doing wrong. Hope you all have a great workout. I am looking forward to your posts,

Kathy! I love how resourceful you are using your yard and the car to work out. Thyroid conditions are tricky when it comes to weight loss.
