Samatha, I like how you broke down your fitness/weight goal in 3 month increments. Thanks for sharing. I went to Paris last September. It was so much fun. The deli's have fresh food, no preservatives. The pastries are amazing and one little treat is so satisfying. And you walk an easy 12 to 20 miles a day using the public transportation. I have struggle with my weight my whole life. I am done with college and my daughter graduated High School. Now I need to get back on track with health goals. I am going to start with losing 10 lbs in 30 days, eating fresh food and moving-walking, hiking, biking, yoga. Look forward to sharing the journey
