Off to a good start... down almost 2 pounds! I learned last year doing DietBet that for me it's really important to get a quick start on my weight loss goal so I feel good about my progress and am motivated to push hard for the final weigh-in. My DietBet4 goal is 5.5 pounds, but my personal goal for this month is to loose the full 8 pounds I've gained in the last 4 months! So far I've been doing better about eating healthy foods and not overeating... but I haven't done anything as far as exercise. That changes today! My goal is to do a minimum of 30-45 minutes every day. It's still really cold, so I'm planning to read a romance novel while riding my exercise bike... I don't like exercising inside but I can go a lot longer if I'm distracted!
