Life has a way of messing with the best intentions... I really wanted to spend this entire summer at my goal weight, but that hasn't happened. I lost my dear sweet Mom in March and my chocolate Lab, Bubba, in April. My other Lab, Babe, has serious health issues. I haven't handled it well... went straight to comfort food and sitting on the couch... packed on 10 pounds in the blink of an eye!
