I accept this challenge with open arms. I have wanted to try out a vegan lifestyle for so long. I'm not a big meat eater, but I know I can be much healthier without meat. My plan is to complete a 3 day fruit cleanse before starting the challenge to perpare my body and mind for this journey.

Sign in to CommentSo glad to have you Amanda. I personally don't cleanse but that sounds like a good plan. My advice to you and everyone is to keep it simple as possible. Eat a grain, vegetable, legumes, leafy green and fruit. No processed vegan foods like cheese. Think of your body like a machine and you are feeding it nutrition. Eating plant-based is a powerful statement about loving yourself. Happy you are part of the challenge. Look forward to your updates and getting to know you! Nancy
