I just wanted to post a picture of the food that I had for dinner as part of my 30 day weight loss challenge. Ever since I started doing international (I'm a flight attendant). My sleep pattern and eating habits got out of wack! I gained all the weight that I have lost two years ago. SUCKS! My doctor advised me to stay away from all types of grains like bread and rice. Since doing international, I started buying all kinds of goodies like truffles from Belgium, Butter from France and all kinds of fattening foods from Europe. NEVER AGAIN! It's time for a change.

One time I walked into a Paris Bistro, on top of their menu, it said in English:" Salad is not a meal (do NOT order just a salad)." Pretty direct, don't you think?
I always wondered why those French people aren't fat. I guess they do well at portion control. Love love love traditional french food...Foie Gras, Choucroute, champagne (not really food, i know)...
