I love took cook and bake. I am constently trying out new recipes and making experiments with healthy food. My main goal is to eat food I taste good and is healthy. I thought it might be a goog idea to share the ones I like here on this blog. :)
These pancakes are called the Everything-in-One Protein Pancakes and I found the recipe here. I shared them in the Delicate Flower's September Dietbet before and I they are a big favorite.
Everything-in-One Protein Pancakes
Take 1/3 cup of oatmeal (not instant), 1/3 cup of low fat cottage cheese and one egg and two egg whites combined with your sweetener of choice, one teaspoon of vanilla, a quarter scoop of vanilla protein powder if you really need that extra protein boost. Mix it all together in a food processor or blender to make a “batter.” Now make pancakes! I get six from this batter and I don't use any oil or butter when cooking them, if the pan is good it doesn't matter. ;)
You can put what ever you like on as topping, this time I used strawberries, greek yogurt and coconut shreds. Super yummy!
