brand turkey sausage roughly 10 links)
2 packages for beef/turkey jerky

3 small onion
1 small red onion
1 large bag of steamers broccoli (find in
freezer section)
5 medium tomatoes
lettuce
baby carrots
5 avocado
1 red bell pepper
1 green bell pepper
1 bunch of cilantro
1 limes
2 lemons
1 bag of mixed greens
1 cucumber or green bell pepper
1 package of mushrooms
1 Zucchini
1/2 pounds brocoli
2-3 garlic cloves

1 steam green beans
