I like to start my day off with a morning shake, so here are a few of my favorite recipes! Feel free to amend and adjust them to what is best fitting for you!

 

Date Shake:

 

2 Dates

1 tbsp Almond Butter

1 cup Almond milk

1 serving of Protein (I prefer Hemp or Rice protein with no gluten and no sugar)

1 Banana

1 tbsp Coconut oil

---wanna kick it up a notch? Add 1/2 cup iced black coffee!

 

Blend, and enjoy!

 

Greek Smoothie:

 

1 banana

1 cup greek yogurt (plain, no sugar or artificial sugar added)

1/2 cup Almond Milk

1/2 cup frozen berries

1 serving of Protein

1 Tbsp of Ground Flaxseed

 

Green Machine:

 

2 Cups Spinach (or Kale or any other leafy green you love-- spinach is soft and blends easily)

1/2 cup frozen berries

1 Tbsp Ground Flaxseed

1 Banana

Add Water or Almond Milk
