Twice-Baked Sweet Potatoes with Bacon and Goat Cheese

This looks and sounds so yummy! I want to try it and my hubby will love it too! My only problem will not be devouring the bacon before I chop it up and put it into the mixture, but I think I can do it! Thanks for sharing Barrie!
