I do eyeball this measurement-wise til it tastes good!  It's a semi famous basil garlic ranch style concocti on I put on raw and roasted vegetables as well as potatoes (great for those long cardio run days!).  Clients love it at dinner parties on the crudite tray.

Try roasting up sliced eggplant, tomato slices, zucchini, red onions, mushrooms, potatoes.

Put on roasted vegetable sandwiches!

raw: cucumbers, bell peppers, celery, carrots, etc

I keep some fats in it (you can blend in some avocado if you're keeping your healthy fats high) So my skin and joints stay lubricated and glowing.

Do not substitute or you won't get the best flavor. It's worth it I promise!

1 C.  2% greek yogurt

1/4 c. regular mayo

juice of a fresh large lemon (you can zest it before you juice it if you like)

1-2 tsp red wine vinegar to taste

1-2 tbsp fresh basil finely chopped (or use the basil in a tube-no dried herbs) to taste

fresh ground pepper to taste

2-4 cloves fresh pressed raw garlic (no powder or prechopped) to taste

1-2 Tbsp virgin olive oil

pinch or two of cayenne pepper

1 tsp kosher salt ore more to taste

mix together and let flavors meld at least an hour.  You can put it in a food processor. Nutribullet will work but it takes all the pretty chopped basil visual away but still will taste great.

Thin with a bit of milk or water if you want to use as a dip so you don't overeat it! otherwise for sandwiches or as a potato topping leave as is.
