Awesome! I've been an on-and-off runner after starting seriously in my late-twenties (before that I still believed I was the same person I was in high school who didn't like running - that didn't turn out to be true). I found that I have to start slower than other people, too, but it pays off! I've run 5Ks, a few 10Ks and now I'm starting slow (again) and training for my first half marathon. Good luck on your Couch to 5K, you can do it!
