So yesterday I worked 8-4 then 530-930 in between I stopped and got a big salad from the shawarma place with chicken on it. Delish! My family didn't know I was having that so they saved me chinese food - my favourite too - and when I got home I totally would have eaten it usually - but this time I DIDN'T!!! I felt so great. Didn't get up for the gym this morning, after that long day I am not going to kill myself, I really needed that hour extra to sleep. Thinking I'll go after work because my daughter found a nice quick health taco chili receipe she's offered to make for dinner so I don't have to cook. :) that makes me smile today :) lol
