Just need to replace the feel good food, with that will help you on your journey! Like fruits or 1 cup of vanilla ice cream. Ice cream tends to discourage people but vanilla ice cream is not high in calories and actually helps speed up your metabolism
I've made my own, frozen cherries with a bit of vanilla protein powder in my bullet mmmmmmm sweets isn't my issue though, its that dam Chinese food and OCCASIONS my kids & I are food centered, something good happens, we eat, something bad, we eat. lol we get together for everything and its all about food.
