Okay so it has been a week and one day since I decided that I am sick of feeling fat/bloated/uncomfortable. I started using my fitness pal and commited myself to doing some type of exercise everyday (2 of those days just being a light/moderate walk). I've been doing my meal prep and writing down all of my ingredients so there are no hidden calories.

AND SINCE I STARTED DOING THIS I'VE LOST A WHOOPING 9lbs!!!!!

I am just blown away by how much of an impact portioned, healthy eating has on weightloss. I've always been a healthy eater but I've always been a mindless eater too. An over eater. A binge eater. I've made a promise to be more conscience of this and to only eat when I'm hungry and eat foods that will benefit my overall health. I still have a ways to go on my journey (I want to lose 40 more pounds!) but I am so beyond happy at my starting progress. YAY :)
