I started at 232 in May of 2016 I am now 193! Yes almost 40 pounds lost, (I am 50) I have not run, sat up or worked out in a gym! I wear a size 14 jeans that will fall off me if I don't roll the tops down... Sounds like with some small eating changes you could change your weight pretty easily! Especially if you work out? I love love love to eat, I eat when I am happy I eat when I am sad, I eat when I am bored! The weight loss has been enlightening, I feel better, I sleep better, I look better! Try this, do one healthy thing each month, then the next month add another one, then another one eventually you'll have all the tools at your disposal to stay in size 16 jeans! ESPECIALLY IF YOU WORK OUT!!! girl you have 1/2 the battle done! keep in mind planning is everything... plan snacks, plan meals, plan walking or working out, plan CHEAT meals... YOU CAN DO THIS! Especially if YOU ALREADY WORK OUT!!! come on! my guess is when you lose about 20 pounds you are going to feel so good you won't stop! come on to onderland with me the feeling its like no other!
