Great post Man! Shoot, I hate bus seats. It's like they think guys don't have shoulders. And I'd focus on body fat % over BMI, especially if you do weight training. Have any fitness goals to look forward to? I think you should put a half marathon in your future. Keep it up!

I agree with you on training for a run race, but I had a lot of success losing weight when training for my half Ironman two years ago (see my dietbet graph). I found with running, I go too fast and my heart rate is too high, but with swimming and biking I'm good. Why don't you think training works for you?

Well, the Ironman training worked better than marathon training, but in general I was always just so damn hungry after. I've found a better balance between maintaining a less intense training regimen with more reasonable eating. I'm also doing more strength training.
