I was 239 pounds when I had my baby in October of 2013. This is a side by side from 2 weeks after her delivery and me today. I have lost 59 pounds so far and I now weigh 189. My goal is to weigh somewhere around 125-140.
I am trying to eat clean and load up on water (half my weight in ounces each day). I walk 3-5 miles 3 days a week. I recently started going to Stroller Strides 2 days a week.
I am noticing it is getting harder to lose weight. The pounds don't fall off like they did in the beginning. Also I am seeing more fluctuations and I think that is due to muscle gain. Overall I feel amazing but I know I can push myself harder.
