I started diet bet a year ago since then, I have lost over 50 pounds. This will be my last diet bet due to my BMI will be about 19. I cannot express my gratitude enough for Chris and Heidi. I have learned so much from them and others in this forum. The two things I have learned that contributed to my success is 1. When you "fall down" get back up and 2. Eat real food and stop eating food like products.

Sign in to CommentCongratulations!!! What I have learned in this short time is the importance of limiting fast food and eating real food that is home cooked along with regular exercise. All of these things together really reduce cravings. The process is quite amazing. I am finally starting to see why the fad diets have never worked for me.
Freaking Awesome! Robin you are an inspiration. "Food like products" I have another favorite ""The best strategy we've got is to just add in the good stuff! Eventually it's going to crowd out the bad stuff." that little line changed my life! Congrats keep up the good work.
