My fitness journey started about 2 years ago. A friend invited me to a P90X challenge group. I really didn't think I would be able to do P90X from my wheelchair plus I thought P90x was really just for athletes or people already in great shape. I was wrong. I was able to modify the workouts and so far, over a 2 year period, I've lost 70 pounds. I have more weight to lose and I think this challenge will help me get there. BRING IT!
