How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

Anybody have a good weight tracking/monitoring app rec? I've been using Monitor Your Weight and it's okay, but definitely designed for specific diet periods and not for long term monitoring. Plus it's pretty utilitarian and sorta ugly. I also tried Google fit but it doesn't do graphs or displays or historical data well.

I used to have a web app that was amazing. It would smooth out your daily weight recordings to show an averaged trend so you wouldn't freak out over a small gain over a few days or get too excited about a massive water weight loss. This web app was from well over a decade ago though, and I'm sure it's gone.

I read Happy Scale being suggested but it looks like it's only available for apple.

Anybody have any other suggestions/recs?
