How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

  • Picture on the left is right before I turned 40 back in 2020. Picture on the right is last month as I’m about to turn 44. So glad I joined my first DB back in January of 2022. Dropped 30 lbs that year and never looked back. I’m now maintaining about a 25 lb weight loss thanks to all the of the tips, tricks and other helpful resources I’ve discovered along the way.
