It good to have something with you to eat. Quick snack will solve the problem. Even keeping some fruits and nuts with you can help or just protein bar.

I do a similar bowl to the one you have in the picture, with yogurt and fruit. I’ve also been adding hemp hearts, ground flaxseed, and Chia seeds. That boosts the protein and really fills me up. And then a little drizzle of honey, and sprinkle granola on top.

Also string cheese on the go!
