Gained a couple pounds here in the first week, but attributing it to an increase in strength training (and, Reese's peanut butter cups). Will try to increase the cardio in the second week. Maybe decrease the Reese's, too...

Sometimes when you increase your weight training and have sore muscles your body retains water around the muscles to protect them. In about 1-2 weeks your body gets used to this exercise and releases the water. Hope this happens for you!!
