Does anyone have any tips to stay on track when traveling and eating out? Have a trip coming up, my hubby and in laws don't eat the healthiest so I'm little anxious about staying on track I would appreciate any tips.

If I’m going out to eat, I look at the menu before hand. I make sure to chose something that aligns with my goals ahead of time so I don’t make a bad decision in the moment

I love the “eat this, not that” series of books and website- they have loads of recommendations on how to order when dining at chains, and I agree with the others on preplanning your order and previewing the menu before you go out. I also bring portable snacks and eat a snack in private that can serve as a meal if the chosen restaurants have nothing for me.
