How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

Was on track last week to make the goal for this challenge and then Hurricane Milton came through. It looks like we are without power until Tuesday. I'm still on track with calories, but between having no air con, losing sleep, and eating convenient salty food I've puffed up like a balloon. Hoping that drinking lots of water and getting some more sleep over the next few days will help. (I know it's not a big deal in the grand scheme of things compared to what a lot of people are dealing with with but I've nowhere else to vent about it!)

I totally understand! I live in Asheville, NC. I went 10 days without power from Hurricane Helene. Before grocery stores started opening back up again, I couldn’t be picky and had to eat whatever nonperishable food we had which were not the healthiest. I was worried that I got way off track so I’ve been drinking tons of water since then to try and catch up.

My last game I had covid. Being a mom, the only one sick, it was great. I totally understand. "Life keeps going" was an understatement for that 3 weeks of my life.
