I was so bad yesterday. I usually do not eat carbs...but I ended up with a sandwich for lunch and mcdonalds for dinner.

I popped all of my food into my carb manager app, felt guilty and pushed hard at the gym.

This morning, the scale showed a 2 oz loss!!! Push hard everyone. One bad day does not mean you failed!
