  • Tried something new today for a snack with my cottage cheese & added tomatoes (probably pretty common to others but I usually just have it plain) & it didn't disappoint! One good thing we can do while eating healthy is try new things & ways to cook things so that we can enjoy them long term with our lifestyle. What's your favorite healthy snack or food hack?

I like doing that with a little basil and I pretend the cottage cheese is burrata. Haha

I’ve been wondering if a tablespoon of pasta sauce, mixed with the cottage cheese, would taste like lasagna. Some lasagnas use cottage cheese instead of ricotta. Anyway, I may try that now that I’ve seen your tomatoes and cottage cheese.
