What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

I’ve had a ton of changes these past few weeks and it’s so hard to stay consistent with meal prep/workouts! Also, Does anyone else feel like they get in a funk around this time of year?

I've felt a bit in a funk myself lately but I think alot of it is the weather constantly changing and so many temptations can make it hard, however i always remind myself that I always feel better when I workout and ask myself if I actually want something or just want it because it's there. Keep your head up, the best gift we can give ourselves is our health!

Light therapy is a great idea! Thank you all for your responses. I’m feeling a tad better and likely because I pushed myself to exercise. Another reason to keep going right.
