My two rules are: be active every day (take a longer walk) and take a small spoonful of the foods I really really want. I get a bite or two and it satisfies and I don’t feel like I’m denying myself but it also won’t completely derail my success. Remember we can make those foods any day we want!

Choose your treats , don’t have the wine , the dessert, the cheese and crackers all at the same event. Load of vegetables and water .
