How’s everyone doing so far? I am hanging in there. I had to take a few days off working out after going too hard a couple days last week. My nutrition has been up & down, but I was able to meal prep for this week (besides Thanksgiving). We’re all brave for signing up for this over Thanksgiving! I plan to enjoy myself on Thanksgiving, and keep in mind that I can take leftovers. I don’t have to overstuff myself that day. Wishing you all well!

I’m doing ok but hopefully today may set us all back. Important to get right back on track even if we overeat today. Happy Thanksgiving!

Thanksgiving definitely set me back this week. I am afraid to hop on the scale, but trying to give myself grace for overeating the last few days.
