- Just did my morning workout had to do it at home this morning as we are being hit hard with a blizzard I can't get out today , I do a half hour upper body weights and half hour lower body workout, I struggle with my lower body because I need both my hips replaced and always in pain , the doctors won't help by surgery as they same I'm to young I am only 48 years old and most days do to these pains I feel much older , so because they won't do the surgery til I'm over 60 I'm sorry I can't wait anymore I've been feeling this pain for 16 years for allowing myself to lose control of my weight and doing so many fade diets that at 1 time I was 400lbs, 8 years ago I saw Lexi on my Instagram and started following her and started losing the weight going to the gym 6 days a week I got down to 165lbs then covid happened I lost my job , the gyms barely ever stayed open they were always closing them and lost control of my weight once again and got to 389lbs once again , I couldn't take the pain anymore and started following Lexi again and started all over again July of 2023 got myself down to 150lbs with diet and exercise then allowed myself some grace time over the holidays and gained 24lbs on that weight back so far I've lost 18 of those 24lbs and still want to lose another 15lbs , I have both MS and fibro and was diagnosed with lupus last summer so for me I want to stay thinner as I find the pain isn't as bad when I weigh smaller so I'd love to stay smaller theres a little bit about me thanks for listening
