The scale has been going up and down, and thankfully today I am just one pound away from my goal! (I was at my goal Friday, but gained weight Saturday and was not happy with my weight yesterday. But now I am excited! One pound away! 8 days to go! When the contestants on The Biggest Loser are close to their weigh in, Jillian and Bob take them through a "Last Chance Workout." Think "Last Chance Workouts!" Home stretch!

You have 80% progress. I have 71% progress. Sang only shows 15% progress, but I bet that's because she hasn't weighed in since the first time. I don't think she gets on the computer much. Let me know if you find out how she's doing. Tell her I wish her and all of us "Good Luck!"

I'm in 1291st place with today's weigh in with a decent chance of making the 4% weight loss goal! I just have to lose 1.4 more lbs. One week left! Time to kick into high gear!

You're doing great! Down 2.6 lbs already - Good Job! I had two fitness classes this morning, and a healthy breakfast & lunch. Now I'm going to run as long as I can on the treadmill before dinner. I'm pushing to burn those calories!

Great picture! I'll be checking out your Lose it page, and you can see mine too. I log all of my food and exercise there. Yesterday I was under my calorie budget, which was good!
