Less bread... More running out body weight exercise, but diet is the biggest factor so I'm focusing there

Diet is getting better, need to scale it back and reduce carbs... Nate is on a similar low carb path so that will be helpful for low carb dating! I need to be sure to remember my low carb goals, especially at lunch time. Meal prep is key.
