Non-scale victory of the week!

Had to tighten my belt this week and I fit in pants that are 2 sizes down from what I typically wear!!! Prepped all meals this week and followed my meal plan!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I did zero cardio this week so I’m going to make sure I add cardio into my day.

Fasted cardio daily, a gallon of water per day, at least 6 power hours (the workouts at my gym).

Non-scale victory of the week!

Sweets are a major vice for me! It felt like everyone in the office was celebrating birthdays this week! Countless offers for cake and cupcakes... I resisted all of them!!

Non-scale victory of the week!

I lost 5.6 lbs this week!! I only had ONE slip-up with my eating plan. I did good!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I didn’t exercise at all! Well I did 4 push-ups then laid in my floor and read a book! I need to exercise!
