Was able to fit better in my winter jacket

The last week, very bad and temping, with Valentine’s Day and temping food around me I couldn’t resist

Being able to jog for 2 mins straight!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

It was getting harder to resist bad food. Starting to get cravings. Ending the night sometimes with a meal which I want to avoid

Still trying to stay away from carbs and late night snacks! Also feeling less sweaty at the gym idk if that’s good or bad
