Non-scale victory of the week!

Lots of victories this week, the holidays are hard. Usually I would eat several slice of various desserts at Christmas dinner. This time I had a bit of pecan pie, two bites of cheesecake and two bites of bread pudding. So proud. I’m leaving for a work trip tomorrow and I packed my supplements and healthy snacks so I can stay on track.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Eat out less. It was the holidays and we didn’t cook or have anywhere to go so we ate out for Christmas Eve, Christmas, and New Year’s Eve.
