- Beef Noodle Bowl
I have made this a few times in the past. I make it with venison. Yummy. Hubby suggested next time to marinate the meat in the dressing and teriyaki sauce before cooking.
Changes I made: I used venison, udon noodles, and doubled the dressing & sauce. The way I made it, divided into 5 servings, it comes to 418 calories per serving according to MFP.

I made something from Hello Fresh-I Normally do not spend on shipped foods like that but Groupon had a deal! It was wonderful tonight it was cabbage , scallions and hamburger meat with a side of fresh cucumbers and radishes in vinegar.....I will deftly be cooking this meal again

- Brunch was 2 scrambled eggs, ham, diced green peppers and a 1/4 cup of cheddar cheese. Dinner was 8oz steak pan seared, topped with cheddar cheese and jalapenos :) 1150 calories. Macros 5% Carb/31% Protein/64% Fat
- Dinner: Asian Chicken Lettuce Wraps from Skinnytaste.com - The whole family loves this recipe, we have it once a month or so. I eat mine as a salad, the family eats as wraps. I had no idea it was so low cal - 103 calories for 1 wrap (I counted mine as 2). Plus one egg roll and some lemon garlic broccoli. WIN.
